My SpamDuster service is suspended

While a SpamDuster Cloud service is suspended, incoming mail is temporarily rejected, so senders keep retrying and nothing is lost. Mail resumes automatically, with your settings intact, as soon as the account is reactivated.

What a suspension does to your mail

While the service is suspended, your SpamDuster server keeps running but temporarily rejects incoming mail. Sending servers treat that as "try again later" and keep retrying, usually for several days, so nothing is lost unless the suspension lasts longer than they retry. Every console page shows This service is suspended.

How to reactivate the service

Mail resumes automatically, with your settings intact, as soon as the account is reactivated. A suspension usually follows an unpaid invoice: pay it in the billing portal. See Pay an invoice.

If you think the suspension is a mistake

Open a ticket from the billing portal. See Open a support ticket.

The service is scheduled for termination

If every page shows This service is scheduled for termination, the service is winding down: incoming mail is temporarily rejected while it does. Point your MX records at another server to keep receiving mail, and open a ticket straight away if this was not intended.
