These prices apply in every region except Jakarta and São Paulo (see below). Each price is one charge that covers your dedicated server and SpamDuster together.
The Micro plan does not include antivirus scanning. Every other plan does.
The included domains and addresses are your plan's allowance, not a promise of capacity. How much mail a server handles comfortably depends on how it is used: the volume and size of the mail, how many attachments need scanning, and how busy each domain is. A server carrying heavy mail may need a larger plan before it reaches its allowance, while a quiet one may never come close. You can move to a larger plan when you need to (see Changing plan later).
Paying yearly
Paying yearly costs the same as 10 monthly payments of the plan (2 months free). This applies to the plan only, not to backups: a year of backups costs 12 times the monthly backup price.

Domain expansion packs and automatic capacity
A domain expansion pack adds the same number of domains and email addresses again as your plan includes, at the same price in every region:

With Add capacity automatically switched on, which is the default, SpamDuster adds a pack when your server goes over the domains or addresses your plan includes. Each pack added is emailed to you and invoiced pro-rata. You can switch the option off at any time, and change it later.
Domains are never refused: a domain you add is always served, and you are shown when you are over what your plan includes. Email addresses have a limit. If a server is at its address limit and no pack can be added, mail for a new address is asked to try again later: sending servers retry, so mail is not lost. Addresses that received mail in the last 30 days always get their mail.
What every plan includes
Every SpamDuster Cloud plan includes:
- your own dedicated SpamDuster server, deployed, updated and monitored by us;
- the domains and email addresses shown for your plan, with one gateway (mail) server, and domain expansion packs for more;
- spam and phishing filtering, and virus scanning on every plan except Micro;
- the management console;
- control panel integration for cPanel & WHM, Plesk on Linux or Windows, and DirectAdmin;
- automatic, signed updates.

How to choose a plan
Choose by how much mail you receive, not by how many users or domains you have. A larger server processes more messages at the same time and has more room for the filter's work. If you are unsure, start smaller: you can move to a larger plan later. If you need antivirus scanning, choose Small or larger.
Changing plan later
You can move a SpamDuster Cloud plan to a larger plan as your mail volume grows. Contact us and we move your filter to the bigger server. See Change to a different plan.
A SpamDuster Cloud plan cannot be moved to a smaller plan, because a server's disk cannot be made smaller. That is why it is fine to start with a smaller plan and move up when you need to.
